Default Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
Look on the web and search for Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing.
I come from an abusive childhood and I have some issue with it. A counsellor told me to look up EMDR and I did. I read about it and I am very much contemplating seeing a therapist that practise this new way of treating depression.

Am I allowed to insert web link in these forums?
