Cherries: A Great Addition to any diet
I've recently been looking for something simple to add to my diet to really complete it, and I think I've found it. According to www.cherrieshealthbenefits.com "cherries help ease the pain of arthritis and gout, as well as reducing the risk of contracting a number of serious diseases including diabetes and cancer."
Has anyone else had any luck adding cherries to their diets? What were the results like?
