I found that having a bit of time to myself helps, going for a walk can help me get my thoughts in order, and a long hot bath listening to my favorite radio station (safely) can help too. I enjoy crafts and I try to make time to for that because I find it relaxing and it gives me a sense of achievement.

Yes, time by myself helps, but also music. If I have to keep trucking and working on stuff, then I try to find some music that will calm me down and cheer me up.

Default Vitamin B

Hi,

I never took vitamins before but someone suggested I do.

I started taking Vitamin B12 along with other multi vitamins an it's helped me a lot, especially in keeping my
energy levels up.

I like to stand under cold showers for sometime or be in a bath tub and that gives me quick relief. All my stress vanishes away and I get a good night sleep.

A great stress relief for me is a nice hot bath with some candles and to really take away my stress i add dead sea salt in the water i i can literally feel the stress being pulled out of meand it helps with having a great deep night sleep that night too.

When I'm stressed out I of course like to relax in a bath. I also like to do anagrams, sudoku, and logic problems. These help me focus my mind on something other than my problems.

Smile anti-stress solution

I was recently introduced to a product by a friend of mine knowing that I am a full-time working mom and busy with kids and I have to say it has changed my life!

I am constantly trying to eat the best foods and have tried a number of nutritional supplements and although I did get some results I have never encountered the change in my stress level until I tried this product. My anxiety and irritability have gone down, I’m sleeping better, I no longer have PMS symptoms and I have more energy.

As everyone seems to be “stressed out” these days, I thought I should share this information with others. I’m sure people would appreciate a product that will improve their quality of life, as it has for me.
