Stress out a bit!

Sorry not too sure where to post so maybe someone could referd me where any maybe calm my nerve down...

Today i was cleaning my bureau and saw some black stuff in there look like rice grain and brown i went to realise that It was mice dropping so I clean it with my vacuum the stuff that was on the bottom but then I started to take out the clothing on the other drawers and there we some there too so I decice to call a pest control person they tell me not to vacuum the stuff but I had already did...they said that I can contract a virus and its really deadly...

Now I have been panicking since 4:00 and its 8:30 wondering if I will died from maybe vacuuming those mice dropping!!!!

Its kind of freak me out!!!
