This is what helped me:
After some research I tried the following and it worked within days. I was deeply depressed for several months and have been clinically depressed since childhood. I know everyone is different but maybe this can help someone.
I sit in front of my 'day light' lamp for 30 minutes while I drink my morning coffee (no sugar).
My breakfast is 2 eggs and a piece of fruit. I am vegetarian but try to include protein at every meal and eat far less complex carbs now.
With my breakfast I take:
-B50 vitamin blend
-1200 mg omega 3 fish oil
-GTF Chromium complex
-one drop vitamin D
With my lunch I take:
-5 HTP (100mg)
-1200 mg omega 3 fish oil
I started everything at once, so I can't say if it's just one thing specifically that is helping or the combination. The relief has been amazing.
