Looking for some breakfast ideas. Being newly diagnosed and not having an appt. yet with the dietician, I'm really not sure what I can have for breakfast, ie. cereal, toast, eggs, oatmeal, etc.
I am desperate for some suggestions. This is all new to me.
According to my views I think you should take the sandwich, egg and bread and the break fast which is better for your health and give you the all vitamins and energy.
