Respondents needed for school survey regarding diabetics and their meal planning

Hello all,

Synergy CSC is a team of students at the University of Toronto participating in a software business course. For our class project, we are proposing to develop a meal planning web service for people with medical conditions that restrict their diet, including (Type II) Diabetes. We are trying to collect some marketing information for this project and we were wondering if people would be willing to fill out our marketing survey. It is very short (only 8 questions) and completely confidential; no information other than answers to the listed questions will be collected. (Please do not mind the official sounding nature of the survey - the proposal is supposed to look professional, like a real survey from a real company would, rather than a school project.)
