I am extremely lactose intolerant, but if you have less problems than me, there is Lactaid, a lactose-free milk. I appear to be somewhat soy intolerant too, so I like almond milk. Some brands have a decent amount of calcium, as do almonds themselves if they're soaked (easier to break down the calcium).
