Default Is your depression socially related

This is what I am starting to be believe; my depression stem from a lack of socialization. If you do not have a social life at work or outside your work or family life then look no further. I have been depressed for several years now and am coming to the conclusion that if I had a social life and that people would take an interest in socializing with me I would not have that problem nor would I get bother as much about a job that does not bring fullfilment or where I feel like I have not accomplished anything. For those of you that can relate, read " Depression is contagious" by Michael D. Yapko, Ph.D. This author view depression in a totally different aspect or one that has been well published in the medical world probably because the is no money to be made for the pharmaceutical industries. And they have a lot of influence in this field. It is very easy to read and worth the $34.00 Cdn. Well worth the purchase.
