Studies in Switzerland have found that oral anti-snoring devices can be very effective in treating sleep apnea. Some mild side effects may include mucosal dryness, tooth discomfort, and excessive salivation. But oral anti-snoring devices have reduced snoring loudness for over 84 percent of the subjects they were tested on.
