When I diet, I always have one day a week that I call a "cheat day." On that day, I eat small portions of anything I want. On the other days, I try to be a good girl and stick to healthy foods. That method works for me most of the time. Anyway, I've been able to stay on my diet for three weeks so far, and that's a personal best for me!
