yeah I do falun gong exercises, it works great but you do have to avoid all the bad foods and drinks. I avoid fried foods, you may have to avoid spicy foods you have to food diary and see. Soy, high salty foods, pork and other foods can make it worse or better. Also take a cold shower rinse it helps very fast. It doesn't feel great at first.
