its only been 14 days, but is it early enough to take a home test? i normally have very eratic periods so i cant go by a missed one. i normally always have my period. its more common i dont have it then i do. but i havent getten it in a few weeks. but im just wondering if 14 days is to soon to tell?
14 days is generally too early, depending on when you had sex and what kind of test you're using (a blood test can tell earlier than a HPT using urine). I'd suggest giving it another week, taking a test, and then retesting again another week later.
There are early tests you can take before you have your period but you might want to try to hang in there until the day after your period would normally be due for a 28 day cycle in order to get a more accurate reading. Best of luck!
