Gynecare TVT Prolene Mesh implant; have you had this?

Hello; I am scheduled for Bladder Suspension surgery in July 2011. The procedure includes an implantation with a product called Gynecare TVT Prolene Mesh made and marketed by Johnson & Johnson.
Has any other person from British Columbia or other part of Canada had this operation and was Gynecare TVT Prolene Mesh used?
Did you have any bad side effects such as discomfort, or chronic pain or irritation ?
