Keyhole surgery!

i underwent keyhole surgery 2 years ago

and one of the things that the my surgeon mentioned to me before the actual surgery was i will loose the ability to ejaculate.

my testicles will still produce sperm.

my brain wont b able to send the signal to my testicle to be able to ejaculate.

the sensation is still there.

i am just wondering if there is any kind of medication that can make me ejaculate during sex.

i know there is the option of getting another reconstructive nerve surgery.

but to b honest i would rather not do another surgery.
