Default Feeling sick from eating too much salt - help

Hi Everyone,

I made myself some Tai noodles with veggies. I topped it off with Bragg which is soybean and water sauce. Anyways, i put way too much and it was very salty. Being famished i ate it and now regret having done so.

I can't get the salty taste out of my mouth and throat. What should i do? I tried eating, juice and water but nothing works. The taste is gross!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!

Being that this question was posted a few days ago, I'm going to hope that the taste is gone, for future reference maybe some good mouth wash or strong mints could help. Just be wary about adding so much salt next time - too much sodium on a regular basis is not very good for you

Default re salty taste

I hope the salt taste is gone by now, as well! If it ever happens again, how about gargling/swishing around warm water, about body temperature?
