Back pain or kidneys ?
 

For the past month i have been having pressure and pain in the middle of my back ( See image for location of the pain ) : http://i43.tinypic.com/n4fwqg.png
Sometimes it gives me nausea , fever , headaches i do not know if any of these are related tough , it's really unpleasant , i just want to know if the kidneys are located there so that i know what to ask my doctor .
